Specification development
Product specification in any development can be a very lengthy process, we help our customers to shorten the process by our knowledge of the manufacturing process, the application technology, regulatory requirement, functionality & marketing concerns.

Product Design & Mould development
We engage in development projects of our own or of customers’ from minor mould adaptation to entire new product development. We follow through standard process from conceptualization, product design, vendor evaluation, EVT, DVT and PVT, to make sure during design phase all possible risks on product function, material, safety, processing have been considered to our best knowledge. However, further development is essential in our process after the market feedback. We work with most thermoforming plastic, elastomer, aluminum and glass. We engage different vendors for their specialty into certain expertise, facilities and market sectors.

SOP & technical spec development
As part of development process, we not only specify our internal requirement, we also work with customers’ to develop technical specification also meet their own, for example, with exceptional cosmetic perfection, special packaging requirement, special testing protocols, etc.
